Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ten Labs website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ten Labs provides home sample collection for diagnostic tests, health checkups, and digital report delivery. Services are currently available in select areas of Hyderabad and may expand to other cities.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

• Booking: You select a test, date, and time slot. A confirmation is sent via app/email.
• Payment: We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on collection.
• Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot. Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a fee of ₹150.
• Refunds: If a test cannot be performed due to our fault, you get a full refund. For valid cancellations, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Ten Labs provides diagnostic testing services only. Reports are for informational purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform (e.g., fraudulent bookings, abusive behaviour toward phlebotomists).
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of our app.
• Upload harmful code or interfere with service operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ten Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific test.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or app notification.
